Canaan posted a recipe for Chicken Rebecca. I may have to try this one out this week.

I am excited about the new recipes I'm gonna get to try out. It's easy to get stuck in a rut where we eat the same things week after week.NO MORE!!! Time to expand our choices (hopefully without expanding our waistlines).
